On the 26th of March, 2013, Savanna left Mount Isa in North West Queensland, Australia on an AirNorth flight to Darwin.  There she met up with her Opa and together they set of on a trip around Asia that lasted 10 weeks.  First they visited Singapore, then off to Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and back to Vietnam again.

 

Savanna returned to Darwin via Singapore and flew back to Mount Isa and back to school on the 6th of June. 

 

During her trip, she got to ride motorbikes, trek in the mountains, cuddle tigers and elephants, swim in mountain streams and meet lots of interesting people.  She also got to visit the amazing Angkor Wat temples.
